注意事項・利用規約 ・お支払いは、クレジットカードのみに対応しています。 ・チケットのオンライン販売（クレジットカード支払い）は、上映２時間前に終了します。残席が出た場合、当日劇場の弊社カウンターにて当日券を販売します。 ・上映前に全ての席が販売された場合、当日券の発行はありません。 ・購入後の座席のキャンセルは、お申し込み確定時の自動返信メールに記載されている予約番号とパスワードで「マイページ」から申し込みが可能です。 ・チケットのキャンセルは、上映の12時間前まで受け付けています。 ・上映日当日の座席交換は承っておりません。上映開始後の座席の移動はお控えください。 2024年9月2日 2024年9月9日改訂 2024年10月4日改訂 2024年11月１日改訂 Notes & terms of use - Payment can only be made by credit card. - Online ticket sales (credit card payment) close two hours before the screening. If there are any seats left, same-day tickets will be sold at our counters. - If all seats have been sold before the screening, no tickets will be issued on the day of the screening. - If you wish to cancel your seat after purchase, you can do so via‘My Page’using the reservation number & password provided in the auto-reply email when your application is confirmed. Cancellation of tickets can be made up to 12 hours before the screening time. Please refrain from changing seats after the screening has started.
