注意事項・利用規約 〈お支払いについて〉 ・お支払いは、クレジットカード・デビットのみに対応しています。 〈ご予約締め切りについて〉 ・チケットのオンライン販売（クレジットカード支払い）は、上映日の午前０時に締め切り、残席が出た場合、当日劇場の弊社カウンターにて当日券を販売します。 ・上映前に全ての席が販売された場合、当日券の発行はありません。 〈キャンセルについて〉 ・クレジットカード決済後の内容変更、キャンセル、払戻しはできません。 ・クレジットカードの利用におけるトラブルについて当社は一切責任を負いません。 ・予約購入確定後は、お客様の不可抗力（交通機関の遅れ・停止、駐車場の混雑、お客様の体調不良、災害等）による来場遅延の理由に限らず、その内容の変更、キャンセル、払戻しは一切いたしかねます。 ・上映日時・作品・枚数などを誤って購入された場合、当社は一切の責任を負いません。チケット販売にはクーリングオフは適用されません。 ・当社事情により上映を中止、または延期した場合に限り、チケット料金の払戻をいたします。ただし、払戻しの対象はチケットの券面金額のみとし、その他の諸経費（手数料、交通費、宿泊費、通信費等）は支払いいたしかねます。 2024年9月2日 2024年9月9日改訂 2024年10月4日改訂 2024年11月１日改訂 2025年3月24日改訂 2025年4月23日改訂 2025年５月26日改訂 2025年５月28日改訂 2025年8月10日改訂 2025年12月5日改訂 Notes & terms of use [Payment] * Payment can be made by credit card or debit card. [On-line bookings] * Online ticket sales will be closed at 0am on the screening date. If there are any seats left, same-day tickets will be sold at our counters. [Same-day ticket] * If all seats have been sold before the screening, no tickets will be issued on the day of the screening. [Cancellation] * ・No changes, cancellations, or refunds can be made after payment by credit card. ・We are not responsible for any problems arising from the use of credit cards. ・Once a reservation has been confirmed, we cannot make any changes, cancellations, or refunds, regardless of the reason for the delay in arrival, including force majeure (delays or suspensions of transportation, crowded parking lots, poor health, disasters, etc.). ・We will not be held responsible for any mistakes made in purchasing tickets, such as incorrect screening dates, films, or quantities. The cooling-off period does not apply to ticket sales. ・In the event that we cancel or postpone a screening due to circumstances beyond our control, we will refund the ticket price. However, the refund will only cover the face value of the ticket & we will not be able to reimburse any other expenses (such as handling fees, transportation costs, accommodation costs, communication costs, etc.). 2 September 2024.
