***Terms of use***
* Payment can only be made by credit & debit cards. For bank transfer payment, please enquire from our other booking form (https://www.spaceboxjapan.com/).
* Online ticket sales (credit card payment) will be closed 3 hours prior the screenings. When there are vacant seat, same-day ticket will be sold at the theatre.
* Reservations for tickets for the screening at SKIP City Visual Plaza will close at midnight on the day of the screening.
* Booking details can be checked via '予約確認ページ（Booking confirmation page) with booking ID & passwords.
***Cancellation***
* Bookings can be cancelled via '予約確認ページ（https://spacebox.seat-reserve.jp/reserve/cgi-bin/rsv_confirm.cgi?branch=1&type=8) using Booking ID & Password which is shown in the booking confirmation email.
* Cancellations can be made via 'My Page' using the reservation number
& password provided in the auto-reply email until the booking is confirmed 3 days 0:00 am before the screening date.
* Seats are non-exchangable once the booking has been registered.
注意事項・利用規約
・お支払いは、クレジットカード・デビットカードのみに対応しています。銀行振込によるお支払いは、弊社旧HP（https://www.spaceboxjapan.com/）よりお問い合わせください。
・チケットのオンライン販売（クレジット・デビットカード支払い）は上映3時間前に終了し、残席がある場合は、劇場にて当日券を販売します。
※SKIPシティビジュアルプラザでの上映回チケットのみ、上映日午前0時の締め切りとさせていただきます。
・ご予約内容は「予約確認ページ」より、ご予約ID（または会員ID）とパスワードにて、確認が可能です。
予約のキャンセルについて
・お客様による予約のキャンセルが可能です。ご予約ID・パスワードで「予約を確認する」ページ（https://spacebox.seat-reserve.jp/reserve/cgi-bin/rsv_confirm.cgi?branch=1&type=8）からお申し込みください。キャンセルは３日前の午前０時に締め切り、予約が確定いたします。予約確定日以前のキャンセルには、キャンセル料はかかりませんが、確定後のキャンセルはできません。
・ご予約登録後の座席の交換は承っておりません。
